Return Policy

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging 

Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

• Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
• Items without original packaging
• Final sale items
• Swimwear 
• Highest-Quality 

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT, please contact us within 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Please provide:

• Photos of the product
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a REPLACEMENT OR STORE CREDIT , depending on the situation.

4. RETURN PROCESS

Return requests must be reviewed and approved before the item is sent back.

Approved returns are handled by mail. Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from Love of Fashion Boutique.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, unless the return is due to our error.

Examples of our error include:

• Wrong item sent

If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

6. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS after the return is approved and inspected.

Refunds will be issued as Stock Credit..

7. RESTOCKING FEE

A RESTOCKING FEE is charged for approved returns.
